• Requesting an estimate through the website does not create a contract or guarantee availability. Work is scheduled and performed only after you approve the price and scope with our team.
• Prices discussed online or by phone are estimates until we inspect the job. The final price, scope, warranty and payment terms are those in your written estimate or invoice.
• Permits, inspections and code requirements may apply to some work. When they do, we will explain them before the job starts.
